Prep Charter students are not to report back to school until further notice. This is subject to change, so please continue to monitor our social media and website.

  • Until further notice, you will be working on Google Classroom in order to complete your daily assignments.
  • Google Hangouts has been turned on. Students must log in with their Prep email address and password.

Cycle Schedule to take effect for all 9th, 10th and 11th grade students as of 4/6/20:

  • Each morning students will log into their regularly scheduled advisory classroom by noon (4) mornings a week and their Career Development classroom (1) morning a week for attendance.
  • Students will only be receiving work from their specific subject teachers once per week. Following the schedule below, students will log into that specific subject teacher’s Google Classroom to receive their assignments for that day. Teachers may ask students to turn in all of the assignments for that day (by 8:00 PM) or they may give an extended due date later in the week. Students MUST check that day to find out what the deadlines will be for their assignments.
  • In addition, a Zoom meeting will be scheduled with the subject teacher on that same day. This will be an opportunity for students to see their teacher and classmates live and ask any questions that they may have about the assignments. Teachers may also use this time to review new concepts. Of course student’s can still reach out to their teachers by email and google hangout any day of the week but this Zoom class will specifically address the student’s new assignment for that day.
  • If you are not able to log on for a day due to illness, you must email a parent note or a doctor’s note to Ms. Fiorelli ( in order to receive an excused absence.
  • Career Development students and teachers will follow their usual schedule. Students will log in and complete the daily attendance question, which must be completed by 8:45 AM to receive credit for attendance. Career Development students will then complete any posted work.
