How to File a Report or Complaint
Any student, faculty member, staff member, or third party may report sexual harassment or discrimination. Reports can be made at any time (including non-business hours) in person, by mail, by phone, or by email using the contact information above.
- Informal Reports: You may notify the Title IX Coordinator to discuss the incident and receive immediate, non-disciplinary Supportive Measures (such as counseling, classroom modifications, or mutual no-contact orders) regardless of whether you file a formal complaint.
- Formal Complaints: To initiate a formal investigation, a signed written document or electronic submission must be submitted to the Title IX Coordinator. You can download our full complaint workflow here: Title IX Complaint Form
